Had an exceptional double room, which allowed us to enjoy fantastic view of the mountains. The bed was very comfy; and there was a bidet. The service was terrific with parking onsite...

We recently stayed at a mountain resort with a dreamy location and stunning panoramic views. the infinity pool and huts were beautiful and offered the same breathtaking view. We enjoyed live local music one evening, and the security guard even escorted us to our hut with a torch. The local welcome was a nice touch that made us feel appreciated. Cons: It was all superb! 👍🏼.

Our stay at the Dream Cliff Mountain Resort in Haputale was a wonderful experience for our large family. The spectacular views from the resort were truly breathtaking. The Amphitikanda Tea Estate and Uva Halpewaththa Tea Factory were must-visit places on our agenda, and they did not disappoint. We had a fantastic time exploring the tea gardens and learning about the tea-making process in a fun and interactive way. It was a unique experience that the whole family enjoyed.
For dads, it would be great if the resort had more outdoor activities specifically tailored for families with children.

The views were absolutely stunning, with a panoramic vista that took my breath away. the location was perfect for exploring nearby excursions and attractions, such as the beautiful waterfall and the quaint town of Ella. the dinner served at the hotel was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan traditional curry which had generous portions.
There were a few negative aspects that impacted our experience. the pool was disappointingly cold, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a swim.

the spacious room had exclusive amenities including a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with unique shower stones. the restaurant had delicious food with an outdoor dining area, providing a perfect setting for our meals. the sun terrace with sun loungers and the shallow end of the infinity pool made it an ideal spot for relaxation.
Although the staff at this hotel were polite and helpful, the service was not up to par with the luxurious standards we expected. We did notice a minor issue with the presence of insects both inside and outside the room, which temporarily disrupted our enjoyment of the experience.

Had a wonderful xmas trip to the mountains! the view from our room was breathtaking and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the unique room decor and the overall attention to small details. the location was perfect for us to go on hikes and day trips. the pool was a highlight, with crystal clear water and plenty of space to relax.
The limited food options, as well as the slow service at times. Communication with some staff members was difficult due to language barriers.
